Josh stood up and looked outside, "This was supposed to be a simple mission. Something must have been leaked."

"There is a 24/7 support line open for you to call if you need to. The base church is also open for you and other family members to come into." He explained, giving Dec a card.

Chloe smiled and studied him in the light.

Kara bit her lip slightly and got up, closing the curtains, hoping the dark would ease it somewhat.

Meg smiled and poured some syrup on Zander's pancakes, letting him eat it.

Rhiann watched him, standing up, "nothing is ever simple with these jobs," she said softly. "But they're great at what they do, they'll be okay."

Dec took the card silently, nodding lightly.

"I'm not so cute when you're sober," Harrison said playfully.

Ben buried his face back in the pillow, one hand clenched under the pillow.

Alex smiled and glanced out the window before walking over to them.

Josh nodded, "I do not plan on bringing home a coffin." He said, rather harshly.

The Lieutenant Commander nodded slightly, "We'll be in touch." He said and they turned back to the car.

Chloe grinned, "Oh no, sir you are very cute." She said the blinked and went bright red.

Kara kissed his shoulder gently and took a step out of the bedroom, closing the door to give him some rest.

Meg smiled, "Come on, daddy have some pancakes."

"And you won't," Rhiann said and walked up behind him, putting a hand on his arm.

Dec sighed and closed the door, leaning against it, he slid to sit on the ground and closed his eyes tightly.

Harrison grinned and patted the top of her head gently.

Ben took a deep breath, sighing softly.

Alex chuckled and kissed the top of her head gently, sitting down.

Josh smiled and looked at her, "You're really positive."

Jeff drove quickly to Dec's house after receiving the news from Rhiann. He jumped out of the car and ran up to the house, blinking when he saw Dec on the ground.

The Lieutenant Commander and the Lieutenant soon arrived to Emily's house, knocking on the door gently.

Chloe giggled and looked at the ground.

Kara bit her lip and looked around the apartment.

Meg grinned and sat next to him, taking some of the pancakes.

Rhiann smiled, "it's an annoying trait of mine."

Dec sighed and threw the card off ahead and leaned his head back on the wall.

Emily tilted her head and walked over, opening the door.

Harrison chuckled, "I think I'll leave you to it." He said lightly.

Roxy knocked on the door a while later, biting her lip.

Alex smiled as he ate silently.

Jeff walked up to him, "Dec, she'll come back." He said softly.

The Commander bit his lip and stepped forward slightly, "Ma'am, is your husband Alek Campbell?"

Chloe smiled, "Yeah, see you at work."

Kara blinked and walked over, opening the door.

Meg smiled slightly and glanced around.

Rhiann smiled and patted his arm lightly.

Dec sighed, "she better."

Emily blinked a few times, looking back, "Belle, go get changed."
"But I'm watching this!"
"Go, now," Emily said, tears already in her eyes. She watched Belle run off into her room before turning back. "What's happened?"

Harrison nodded and jogged back down the path silently.

Roxy looked at her then smiled lightly, "hi." She said lightly.

Alex leaned back slightly as he finished, yawning softly.

Josh smiled softly and looked over as some pilots walked out to their helicopters.

Jeff nodded, "She's probably dragging all their sorry ass's out to get into the helicopter as we speak."

The commander cleared his throat slightly, "It is our deepest regret to inform you that Alek has now been officially classified as missing in action from the time of 0230 this morning."

Chloe watched him for a moment, raising an eyebrow before giggling to herself and continuing.

Kara smiled, opening the door, "Everything okay?"

Meg smiled softly and looked outside briefly.

Emily blinked before biting her lip, her heart dropping, "no." She mumbled.

Roxy nodded slightly, "the teams gone missing, apparently." She sighed softly.

Alex put a hand on her leg gently.

Josh watched some of the helicopters take off.

Jeff grinned, "Do you think we should go see Emily? She's going to be a mess."

The commander explained all the details he could and gave her the support line card.

Kara blinked, "What?" She asked, blinking a few times.

Emily took the card, barely hearing them, her mind racing.

Roxy sighed, "Lucas heard at work. They went missing sometime this morning."

Alex smiled and kissed the side of her head.

The commander sent more apologies before walking back down to the car.

Rhiann closed her eyes, resisting a yawn.

Dec followed silently, biting his lip.

Emily closed the door and threw the card aside, looking back.
"Mummy?" Belle tilted her head and ran over.
Emily knelt down and hugged Belle tightly.

"I don't know," Roxy sighed. "It doesn't make sense."

Alex smiled and looked up as a knock came to the door, he glanced at the time then grumbled.

Josh saw more helicopters take off including a medevac chopper. "That's either good or bad."

Jeff quickly drove to Emily's getting back out of the car once there.

Kara sighed, "I'm sorry, Roxy."

Meg glanced over and started cleaning up.
