Harrison smiled as he finished, putting a hand on her leg.

Zoe giggled softly, closing her eyes.

Alex groaned and stopped after a while, breathing heavily.

Dec blinked a few times, "why would she want to do that?"
Emily shrugged helplessly, "I wanted the pain to go away." She said softly, "I guess I thought without him, his job wouldn't break my heart every time he goes because I wouldn't be with him and it wouldn't be my business."

Chloe grinned and picked up their plates, putting them in the dishwasher before walking back over to him, wrapping her arms around him from behind.

Matt smiled and rolled off her, holding her gently.

Meg grinned and leaned her forehead against his.

Alek sighed, "My job."
Grace nodded, "I was going to leave the team. Right before we got posted I decided that it would be my last. Alek was thinking about leaving too."

Harrison smiled and kissed the side of her head gently.

Zoe snuggled into him, "I'm so glad you're home." She whispered.

Alex kissed her quickly and put her down gently.

Dec nodded slowly, "it's always the job." He sighed lightly.
Emily shook his head, "he said he wanted to leave.. That he would leave there and then if it meant I didn't go." She bit her lip, "I told him that he loved his job more than me and he'd probably never leave it."

Chloe smiled and kissed his neck gently.

Matt grinned, "I'm glad to be home."

Meg found her footing and grinned at him.

Alek looked at him, "Did you ever think about leaving Grace?"
Grace looked at her, "He's not happy with the job, Emily. I cant even remember half the things that happened after the accident, but I remember him telling me that he was done."

Zoe smiled and held him gently.

Alex grinned, "I love you."

"No," Dec admitted. "I handle things differently to Emily, I was never insecure over anything Grace did. I accepted she had a job to do and she'd come home when that job was done."
Emily shook her head as tears started to appear in her eyes, "then why did I always feel second best to you, to the team, like he did it to get away." She bit her lip, "it took you getting hurt to make him want to stop."

Alek nodded and sighed, "I'm going to leave the team. I've put in an application to transfer to the training school. I'll be an instructor."
Grace watched Emily and blinked a few times, unsure if she heard her correctly, "At least he's home in one piece." She whispered, her voice breaking slightly.

Harrison chuckled, "what we doing next, boss?" He asked playfully.

Zoe smiled and put a hand on his chest gently.

Alex grinned, "I better get the boys." He said lightly, grabbing his clothes.

Dec looked at him, "is that really what you want?"
"Physically, anyway," Emily said and took a deep breath, wiping her eyes.

Chloe grinned, "What would you like to do?"

Matt smiled and kissed her quickly.

Meg grinned, "Okay." She said and pulled her bra and undies back on, chucking her flight suit back over a chair.

Alek nodded, "I'm done with the team. With deployments. I've lost the edge."
Grace looked at the ground, gripping her crutch, trying hard not to snap back, "He loves you, Emily. And he's healthy and fit. He's in tact. And when he leaves the team, which undoubtedly is going to be soon, you'll be able to live a happy life and be the happy family." She said, unaware how harsh she sounded. She got up throwing her crutch to the side which made a few people look over, "I want to walk!" She said and tried to take a step before falling.

"You're the one with everything all planned out," Harrison said playfully.

Zoe bit her lip and smiled lightly, touching his cheek.

Alex got dressed again before stepping out the house.

Emily blinked and stood up, "Dec?" She called, glad they were near the door, she bit her lip as more tears fell down her face, lifting Jacob up as he started to cry.
Dec nodded then glanced up as he heard Emily and ran back inside, he blinked then walked over quickly, "Grace?" He asked, kneeling down.

Meg smiled and looked around the house, grinning lightly.

Grace buried her face in his shoulder, crying softly. Her prosthetic was slightly revealed and a few people stared from where they were seated.
Alek walked back in and glanced at Grace then walked over to Emily, "What happened?" He asked and blinked, "Are you okay?"

Harrison smiled and pulled her into his lap, "how about I just hold my gorgeous girlfriend for a while cause I've missed her like crazy?"

Zoe watched him, trailing a hand up to his cheek gently.

Alex got in the car, heading to the day care.

Dec held her gently and kissed the top of her head, "it's okay." He whispered.
Belle poked her head through her parents then ran over and picked the crutch up and walked over to Grace and Dec, sitting on the ground next to Grace, she reached out and tugged her pant leg back down, "don't cry Gracy."
Emily shook her head silently, looking down at Jacob, almost too ashamed to look at him.

Matt smiled and took her hand gently.

Meg lay changed into some jeans and a navy t shirt.

Grace cried into his shoulder, wrapping her arms around him.
A man walked up and tapped Dec on the shoulder, "Excuse me, sir you'll have to get her out of here. She's scaring the customers."
Alek looked at her, "What did you do?" He asked, unable to believe that Emily could make Grace cry like that.

Alex walked into the house a while later, holding Riley.

Dec batted his hand off him and gently lifted Grace up, walking out silently.
Belle blinked then followed Dec, still holding the crutch.
Emily closed her eyes tightly as guilt hit her hard, she sighed and soothed Jacob through her tears, "we'll be in the car." She mumbled quietly and left, walking to the car quickly.

Meg looked over and grinned.
"Mummy!" Zander yelped and dropped his bag, running over. Meg grinned and picked him up, holding him tightly.

Grace stopped and sat on a bench outside, wiping her eyes. She held her leg that throbbed with pain and looked at the ground.
Alek sighed and stepped outside and over to Grace and Dec silently.
