Ben sighed and rubbed his forehead silently.

Alex kissed April's forehead and walked out into the garden, cradling Chase.
April wiped her eyes and followed him.

Harrison grinned brightly.

Meg pressed the ground floor and leaned back against the lift.

Josh looked over, "Heard from Meg?" He asked. He kinda wanted to head over to the States with her to catch up with old friends and family but decided his family needed him more.

Chloe grinned at him, "He's so amazing. I was always worried that something would be wrong....because it was so early."

Ben looked out ahead of him silently.

"Briefly. She's dropping Ben off then going to catch up with friends," Alex replied.
"You should have gone with them," April said and kissed his cheek, sitting next to him.

Harrison chuckled lightly, "he's a fighter."

Meg walked out and smiled as she saw Jake, "Ready to go?"
Meg nodded.

Josh smiled softly, "I'd rather be here." He said softly.

Ben followed silently, biting his lip slightly.

April smiled and kissed his shoulder, "we'll just have to go when Chase is a little older." She said lightly and looked out at the kids.

Harrison grinned, "I love you." He said softly.

Ben got in the car and ran a hand along his scar silently, looking out the window.

April rolled her eyes lightly, "I knew there was a reason you wanted kids." She said playfully.

"About ready for a divorce if our last phone call is anything to go by," Alex said as he sat down.

Ben looked up then got out the car, glancing around.

April bit her lip and looked at her father.
Alex shrugged helplessly, "I think maybe we were both looking for the wrong things and after so long trying, I think maybe she's given up on us."
"You're not exactly making it easy," April pointed out.
Alex shook his head, "because everytime I try, I just seem to make it worse."

Harrison nodded and looked up when Sophie wandered in to sit by her half brother.

Ben sighed softly, "I'm suddenly not so sure this is a good idea." He muttered softly.

"Someone who'll love me, not in the way you would a father." Alex said and sighed, "she doesn't want me, not really. I'm just a safe choice for her."

Harrison smiled and watched his daughter.

Meg took his hand gently, "It'll be okay, Ben."

Josh bit his lip slightly, "I really do hope....considering you have a son...that she doesn't look at you as a father." He said, trying to lighten the mood.

Chloe rested her head on his shoulder gently, "Sophie, would you be able to watch him tonight?"
