Six Weeks Later
The Arabian Gulf
The HMAS Voyager was back on track on her second deployment. The ships crew were well rested and ready to get back to work.
Meg sat in the officers wardroom, sighing softly. She still had feelings for her Commanding Officer but ever since that night, he seemed to have backed off slightly.
-
Grace was in sickbay, doing some paperwork.
-
Josh was in the gym, doing some weights.
-
Alek sat back in the ops room, playing with a pen.
-
Laura was on the Bridge, glancing around.

Rhiann stepped into the wardroom and looked over at Meg, "hey stranger."

Emily poked her head in the sickbay.

April flopped onto the bench in the gym, out of breath from her workout.

Alex walked onto the bridge.

Meg looked up, "Hey." She said lightly, "How are ya?"

Grace looked up and saw Emily, "Hello." She said lightly.

Josh finished with the weights and got up, grinning at April.

Laura glanced at Alex, "Good morning, sir."

Rhiann smiled and sat down, "I'm okay, you?"

Emily looked at her then walked over, "I need help.."

April poked her tongue out at him lightly, "I'm dying." She complained playfully.

Meg shrugged, "I'm getting there." She said with a smile.

Grace closed the notebook and stood up, "You okay?"

Josh chuckled lightly and tapped her knee.

"Very well, thank you, sir. Yourself?" Laura said professionally.

Emily walked over, shaking her head silently, tears in her eyes.

April giggled lightly and leaned her head back, catching her breath.

Meg groaned lightly, "Well...you know the night after I was attacked?" Meg asked.

Grace blinked, scared to see her friend in such a state. She wrapped her arms around Emily.

Josh smiled and sat next to her.

Laura smiled and looked down at the flight deck.

Meg sighed and told Rhiann the story, including the moment she thought he was about to kiss her.

Grace rubbed her friends back, "What's wrong, Em?"

Josh chuckled, "Arent we all?" He said lightly.

"Everythings on plan, sir." Laura said, "Our stop over at Yamen tomorrow is still on plan."

Grace bit her lip, turning around and opening a drawer, grabbing a box, "Here." Grace said, taking her friends hand.

Josh smiled, "Okay." He said and smiled at her.

"You okay with being on watch at 0200 when we dock, sir? Kreagar is on duty then too." Laura asked him.

Alex looked back at her then nodded, "yes, that's fine."
