Jacob returned her kiss gently.

Dec tilted her head, "what's that then?"

Alex watched the two and smiled lightly, biting his lip.

Ben took her hand gently, his mouth wandering lower.

The doctor came back in and checked her silently, "I think he's ready to come out."
Belle bit her lip and closed her eyes tightly.

April giggled and sat in his lap, a leg either side of him, "oh I don't know." She said playfully, "I still find you sexy."

Bree touched his cheek gently.

Tyler smiled, "I wanna do what mum did. A navy medic."

Riley won the race and cheered lightly.
Lucy pouted.

Kara moaned and shifted slightly.

Zander comforted her gently, "I love you so much, Belle. You can do this honey."

Jacob grinned against her lips gently.

Dec smiled and nodded slightly, "sounds good." He said lightly.

Alex watched them then bit his lip and walked out the room, making his way to his office.

Ben continued, his free hand wandering.

Belle shook her head slightly, "I can't do this." She whispered, "Zander, I'm scared."

April grinned and kissed him quickly a few times playfully.

Meg put the dinner on to cook silently, glancing at her kids.

Kara groaned softly and shook against him.

Zander stroked her cheek, "Honey, you're going to be an amazing mother and I'm here."

Jacob grinned and tapped her nose, holding her gently.

Alex sat at his desk and leaned his head back, closing his eyes.

Ben squeezed her hand gently as he continued.

Belle bit her lip and closed her eyes tightly.
"Okay, you need to push for me." The doctor said, "it'll be over before you know it."
Belle hesitated then leaned her head back as she pushed.

April wrapped her arms around him and kissed his cheek.
"Ew," Chase complained as he walked through the room.

Bree giggled watched him.

Tyler grinned and stood up heading up to his room.

Meg put the dinner out on the table.
Riley bickered with his sister.
"Oh will you two stop it?" Meg complained.
"He started it." Lucy said.
"Bullshit."
"Riley. Watch your language." Meg warned.

Zander held her close and soothed her.

Belle cried out as she pushed, closing her eyes tightly as she leaned into him.
"You're doing great, Belle. Nearly there."

Ben kissed back up her body after a moment.

Alex opened his eyes and blinked a few times before getting up and leaving the office, he made his way to them silently.

"One big push should do it."
Belle buried her face in Zander's chest as she pushed.

Belle collapsed into his arms as Spencer's cries filled the room, she felt herself start to cry, holding onto Zander.

"Come outside for a moment?" Jacob asked and glanced around. "It's a bit warm in here after a while."

Dec smiled and sat, eating silently.

Ben trailed his hands gently and moved into her.

Belle fell back on the bed and wiped her face quickly.
The doctor smiled and walked over after wrapping Spencer in a blue blanket, "here you go." He said softly, placing Spencer in her arms gently.

April rested her head on his shoulder, "I love you." She whispered softly.
