Kara giggled lightly and kissed his cheek.

Grace held onto him, catching her breath.

Alek kissed her forehead gently.

Meg smiled, "How're you going?"

Chloe nodded silently and glanced at him. He left a kicker of a reputation on the Voyager. As well as some of the pilots that had come here, she had no idea what to expect.
Matt glanced around and nodded.

Ben smiled and glanced back at Ellie, nudging her shoulder, "how's the bump?"
Ellie grumbled and smiled, "she's not a bump. In case you didn't notice." She said lightly, motioning to the pram by the door with a sleeping baby in.
Ben grinned and walked over, peering into the pram, "you didn't tell me you had her."
"You didn't ask," Ellie said innocently.

Dec kissed the side of her head gently, grinning lightly.

Emily smiled and put her hand on his side.

Rhiann smiled, "pretty good." She said lightly, "is that offer to take the kids still open?" She asked softly.

"No doubt you'll meet some of the pilots soon enough," Alex said. "We'll send you up to get a feel for the area and the kind of work you'll be in for whilst here."

Meg nodded, "Yeah sure." She said and looked down the hall to see if the new pilots were coming up.

Chloe glanced at Matt then back at Alex before nodding.

Ben grinned and gently lifted her up, "she's beautiful."
"Always fun to see a big tough pilot all gooey over a baby," Ellie giggled lightly.

Dec chuckled softly, "I love you."

Emily smiled then looked over as Belle ran over to them.

Rhiann leaned back in her seat, "can you take them tonight? I'm hopefully going to have the evening with Jeff."

Alex nodded slightly, "if there's nothing more, dismissed."

Alek chuckled lightly.

Meg nodded, "Yeah sure thing." She said and grinned as the new pilots walked down the hall.

Chloe walked down the hall towards the rec room silently, wanting to sort her locker out with some of the stuff she had in her bag. She glanced over at Zoe and smiled.

Belle hugged her father's legs, yawning.

Rhiann watched her, raising an eyebrow, "what have you done?" She asked playfully.

Zoe offered a small smile, walking over to her locker.

Meg giggled, "There's a chicken in one of the new girls lockers." She said softly and looked over as they walked into the locker rooms that were behind the rec room.

Ben smiled and walked over, "what's her name?"
"Dana," Ellie smiled. "After mum," she pouted lightly at the look Ben gave her, "don't give me that look. It was just you she hated."
Ben grumbled and looked back down at Dana.

Dec kissed the side of her head gently.

Belle giggled and hugged him, snuggling up to him.

"I'm so glad I was already on board when you joined," Rhiann said playfully and folded her arms.
Zoe opened her locker before yelping, she dropped the things in her hand, backing up till her back hit the lockers behind her, a hand on her chest.

Meg grinned as she heard the yelp, "It's tradition."

Chloe jumped slightly and looked over at Zoe, "Wha..." She tried to supress a giggle when she saw the chicken.

"You should have been there, Ben," Ellie said, straightening Dana's clothes.
"Why? So she could blame me for dad's death again?" Ben complained, shaking his head. "I had enough of that in her letters."
Ellie sighed and kissed her brother's cheek, "she loved you."
Ben rolled his eyes, "save it, El."

Belle closed her eyes, chewing on her sleeve.

Rhiann smiled and rolled her eyes lightly.

Zoe closed her eyes and leaned her head back on the locker silently, catching her breath.

Kara bit her lip, hearing snippets of the conversation. He thoughts started to wander to when Ben's surgery would be.

Ellie hugged her brother, glancing down at Dana, "you better be alright, you know." She said and looked at him, "I don't want to loose a brother too."
Ben grinned and put his free arm around her, "you won't." He said, "I have no intention of leaving any of you just yet. Especially Kara."
Ellie smiled and lifted Dana up, "you really love her don't you?"
Ben nodded, "yeah. I do."

Kara pulled out some stuff to make for their lunch before she headed into the office.

Alek chuckled and set her down, "Go get your swimming stuff then."

Chloe chuckled lightly as she set up her locker, shooing the chicken away.

Meg looked around slightly and then down the hall as a high ranked officer walked down the hall to ops. She blinked and recognized him as one of the paper pushers from Canberra.
"What's the big boss doing here?"

Chloe grinned, "No problem." She said and extended a hand, "Chloe Henderson."
