April bit her lip as she made her way down the road, pulling up, she looked over and saw her father's car. She sighed in relief and got out the car, looking around.

Josh got to the airport and found Meg, sitting down her her in the pilot break room.

Kara got home for her lunch break, biting her lip.

Grace stepped back inside the apartment, sighing softly.

April hesitated before making her way through the graveyard, she stopped and glanced over at her mother's grave then sighed and walked over, kneeling next to her father silently.
Alex blinked and looked at her then back at the stone in front of him.

Ben glanced up from the desk and looked over at her.

Dec sat up on the sofa and looked over at her.

Josh spoke to her quietly and sighed softly, glancing at their son.

Grace walked over to Dec and sat on the sofa next to him.

Alex put an arm around his daughter and closed his eyes, "how did you know where I was?"
"Charlie," April replied softly. "Dad, what are you doing?"
Alex shrugged helplessly, "I don't know." He admitted.

Ben tilted his head, "you okay?" He asked, taking her hand.

Josh sighed, "You have to talk to him, Meg."
Meg shook her head, "My father drunk, Josh. He'd come home and..." She couldnt finish her sentence, "I dont want that life for Zander."

Kara bit her lip, "I'm being deployed Ben. A three year stint in Iraq."

Alex rubbed her shoulder, closing his eyes.
"Are you going to tell me what's up?"
Alex shook his head and kissed her forehead.

Meg got up silently, "Can you come back to my apartment? There's so much to do and it's hard trying to keep Zander occupied and clean." She said lightly.
"Sure thing, Meg. I'd like to spend some time with him."

"Have you been here all night?"
Alex nodded, "pretty much."
April sighed and looked up at her father, "you should get some sleep.."
Alex shook his head, "I'm not going back there, there's no point."
"Of course there is, Zander."
Alex huffed slightly, "oh yeah, the son I'm not allowed to hold, or change, or anything because she doesn't trust me with him?" He asked and sighed heavily, "lovely of her to be so willing to let Josh though."

Ben rubbed her side gently, looking off ahead of him.

Josh and Meg returned back to Meg's apartment. She gently put Zander in his seat and stared cleaning the apartment.
Josh went and looked in the fridge, "Meg...have you even been eating?"
Meg looked up, "Don't start, Josh." She said and started chucking all the old food out.

Grace squeezed his hand gently.

"Your mother had troubles when you were born.. You were so early and there were so many complications, we were ready to say goodbye not long after we welcomed you to the world," Alex sighed. "She wouldn't eat, she wouldn't sleep.. She was too scared you were going to slip away if she wasn't there with you all the time, ready." He shook his head, "at least she would let me bear the burden.. Meg won't even talk to me."
April pulled away and took her father's hand, "come back with me. You need sleep, I can grab you a few things and you can have the spare room."
"Josh'll love that," Alex complained.
"Let me deal with him."
Alex sighed and stood up reluctantly and followed his daughter to the car.

Ben sighed lightly, "three years.."

Dec kissed her forehead gently.

Meg cleaned silently and sighed, she constantly walked over to Zander, checking on him.

April pulled up outside and glanced at her father, "don't give me that look, you're not in a state to drive yourself."
Alex grumbled and sighed, looking out the window as April got out the car, walking up to the door, she knocked gently.

"We should get married," Dec said randomly and looked at her.
