Meg walked over and opened the door, blinking slightly when she saw April.

Kara smiled and touched his cheek.

Grace blinked and studied his face, "Really?"

"Sorry," April said softly. "I uh.. I need to pick a few of dad's things up.."

Meg blinked, "Oh...okay." She said, letting April in, not seeing that Alex was in the car.
Josh looked up when he saw April.

Kara burried her face in his neck.

Grace stroked his cheek, "It'll be a long engagement." She said with a giggle.

April stepped in and looked over at Josh then walked into the bedroom, gathering a few of her father's stuff.

Ben smiled and rubbed her side gently.

"Or a short one," Dec smiled and kissed her palm. "It's up to you."

Meg and Josh watched silently. She bit her lip and closed her eyes, walking Zander back into his room.
Josh followed April, "Everything okay?"

Grace watched him and bit her lip, "We dont exactly have the money yet." She said softly.

April sighed, "just great." She complained and zipped up the bag, "mum's funeral was exactly 20 years ago. He's had that looming in his mind. He's worried about Meg but she won't talk to him. He's upset he's not allowed near his son.." She sighed and rubbed her forehead lightly, "I don't know what to do to help him.."

Ben returned her kiss gently.

Josh took her hand gently, "I think she's depressed, April. And if both are in that situation, it's not healthy that they're together."

April sighed and moved closer to him, resting her forehead against his shoulder, "do you mind if dad stays the night with us? It'll only be tonight, he'll sort himself out when he can think straight."
