Bree grinned innocently and swung her legs.

Grace smiled softly, "Bree's appointment is soon." She said softly and closed her eyes again briefly.

Alek picked up Belle and Jacob and was heading back to Grace and Dec's apartment.

Chloe held her, "You can be happy, Zoe. You can be." She said softly, rubbing her back gently.

Emily watched Dec and bit her lip slightly, putting a hand on his arm gently for a moment then glancing out the window.

Nikki nodded slightly, "I'm sure it's going to be fine."

Belle squirmed lightly and looked around, "where we going?"

"I don't know how," Zoe admitted quietly, holding onto her friend.

Bree looked between them silently.

Alek glanced at her in the front seat with the kids taking up the back, "Breanna's had to go to the doctors again so we're just gunna watch Tyler at Dec's place."

Dec pulled up and got out, helping Bree out the car.
Emily got out the car and looked around.

Nikki smiled softly.

Belle pouted lightly, "is Bree gonna be okay?"

Zoe gave a shaky sigh, "sorry." She said softly, "you don't need to hear all this. I must sound like a broken record."

Bree jumped out and pouted, "Ow." She complained softly and looked up at her father, tears in her eyes.

Grace continued to look at the photos of Bree when she was a baby. She blinked and couldn't help but grin when a picture of Dec in just a towel sitting pretty low on his waist came up.

Alek glanced at her, "We're not sure yet." He said softly and pulled up.

Chloe shook her head, "Don't be sorry, Zoe." She said, "I want you to talk to me."

Dec bit his lip and lifted her up gently, "careful honey." He said softly and kissed her forehead gently.

Nikki raised an eyebrow playfully and giggled lightly.

Belle bit her lip and nodded, looking around.

Grace grinned lightly at her, "That's Dec a few months ago." She said lightly.

Alek gently lifted up Addi and Tyler and walked up to the apartment.
"Belle can you open up?" He asked, handing her the keys.

Chloe smiled, "You've been there for before, Zoe." She said softly.

Belle nodded and took the keys, running up to the door, she opened it up, leaning against it to keep it open for them.

Zoe smiled softly and wiped her eyes quickly.

Bree looked around the doctors office and buried her face into Dec.

Grace giggled, "He's amazing." She said lightly and flicked through another full family photo including Tyler.

Alek smiled, "Thanks honey."

Dec rubbed her back gently and kissed the top of her head, "I love you sweetie." He whispered softly.

Belle smiled and waited for Jacob to wander through before closing the door and putting the keys on the side, she ran off and jumped onto the sofa.

Zoe smiled and took a deep breath, closing her eyes.

Dr. Pike looked out, "Declan?" She said as she stepped out, "With Breanna?"

Dr. Pike led them through to her office, "Please, take a seat." She said, "Hi Breanna."
Breanna looked up and waved innocently.
The doctor smiled and looked at Emily, "Your wife?"

Emily blinked then shook her head, "I'm a friend of the family."
"My wife's away with work at the moment," Dec said and held Bree gently.

Nikki smiled, "won't be long till you can go home to your family though."

Belle nodded slightly, "Bree won't die will she?" She asked, blinking slightly.

Zoe bit her lip slightly, "do you ever.. Worry? About Harry?"

The doctor nodded, "My apologies." She said and shifted slightly, "Declan, I'm afraid the news. It's not good." She said softly, "Breanna has got acute lymphoblastic leukemia." She said softly, "It's cancer." She stopped, letting it sink in.
Bree tilted her head and looked up at her father.

Grace smiled, "I can't wait."

Alek put an arm around her. He was always known to be honest and avoided playing down the truth, "We don't know yet, Belle."

Chloe smiled softly, "Yeah. I love him so much and I worry."
