Kara closed her eyes tightly and sniffed, "Um, is Roxy around? I'd like to talk to her before I head out."

Roxy raised an eyebrow and walked over.

Ben closed his eyes for a moment then handed the phone to Roxy.
Roxy bit her lip then closed her eyes, "Kara?"

"That or I call sick and go back to bed," Dec said playfully.

"I will, Roxy. I get my promotion soon at least. No way I'm gunna die before I get to Lieutenant." She said with a light chuckle.

Meg returned home at lunch time, flights still being cancelled due to the weather. She steppedinto the house quietly.
